My goal is to create an environment so a clear understanding of how things work, explain it simply and show that I am listening. Clear team roles, regular updates and rules for communicating will open the door for the continual flow of info and establish feedback loops.
facilitation
Facilitation is an important part of being a good coordinator, having mastery over it makes me a great facilitator. Finding solutions that work for everybody is the result of removing barriers, actively listening to all stakeholders and setting up problem solving discussions.

scheduling

Scheduling is the heart of coordination and I analyze work information to determine what work, tasks or activities need to be completed to achieve the MVP. Correct decomposition of work is essential in building out my schedules and estimating how long it will all take.
